4月25号，上海诚达机械有限公司带领百名在职员工于临港开元大酒店开展2021年拓展训练，欢声笑语更为这个春季增添了一抹生机。此次活动旨在通过团队协作与挑战，增进员工之间的友谊与默契，提升团队的凝聚力和战斗力。

On April 25, Senda led 100 employees to carry out the 2021 outward Bound training at New Century Hotel in Lingang, adding a touch of vitality to this spring season. 队伍集结 Team Build-up
上午九点，阳光正好，微风不燥，诚达的员工们准时在酒店草坪上集合，准备开始今天的拓展训练。在教练的精心组织下，大家井然有序地分成了八支队伍。每个队伍都群策群力，积极讨论，确定了各自的队名、队长以及响亮的口号。
当每支队伍在欢呼声中依次入场时，场面无比热烈。八支队伍各具特色，有的队名充满创意，有的口号铿锵有力，每个人都显得激情澎湃，斗志昂扬。
At 9 a.m., the sun is right and the breeze is not dry, and Senda's employees gather on the hotel lawn on time to start today's outward bound training. Under the careful organization of the coach, everyone was orderly divided into eight teams. Each team worked together, actively discussed and decided on their own team name, captain and loud slogan.
As each team entered in turn to cheers, the scene was wild. The eight teams have their own characteristics, some team names are full of creativity, some slogans are sonorous and powerful, and everyone is passionate and motivated.
趣味游戏 Fun Game
Senda的员工们携手共进，以满腔的热情与坚韧的毅力，共同完成了众多富有创意与趣味性的游戏项目。他们相互扶持，共同面对挑战，一起克服了种种困难。无论是紧张刺激的接力赛，还是需要巧妙配合的团队拼图，大家都全身心投入，力争取得最佳成绩。

在一天的活动接近尾声时，SENDA GROUP的领导者，朱昌明总经理，也在百忙之中来到现场，一览员工风采。
诚达自成立至今，已过二十多载风雨。朱昌明先生对诚达的发展历程做了简单的介绍，在场的老员工无不感同身受，新员工大受激励。他说到，不久的将来，诚达将代表是一个品牌，而这一目标需要全体诚达人的付出和努力。
品牌是树立企业形象、提升企业竞争力的核心问题之一，是区别于其它企业的标识之一，它不仅仅是企业形象识别，本质上代表着的更是诚达对客户在品质和服务上的承诺。
